I have a huge smoothie obsession there is no denying that, but sometimes I just feel like something savoury and healthy (in smoothie form). Lately I have been making this green smoothie as my go to. It makes me feel hydrated and re-freshed which is super important during the cold winter months. If you are not used to green smoothies this may be a bit raw for your liking, but I guarantee you will grow to love it!
- 1 handful frozen kale
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vital proteins collagen
- 1 inch of ginger (peel the skin off)
- 1/4 juice from a lemon
- 3/4 cup of either plain almond milk or coconut milk
Blend it all up in your nutribullet and ENJOY! Let me know what you think!!
