What’s in my smoothie bowl you ask? Lots of delicious things. This is one of my go-to Saturday morning breakfasts because it keeps me full and I am obsessed with toppings.
I use a NutriBullet because it breaks down those veggies quite smoothly.
- 1 handful frozen spinach (I prefer my greens frozen because it makes it creamier and also keeps it thick when you put it into the bowl)
- 1 handful frozen kale
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tbs chia seeds (Organic Traditions)
- half a banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries (I prefer blueberries and raspberries together!)
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen
For toppings you really cannot go wrong. I usually like coconut shavings, chia seeds, slivered almonds and also some fresh fruit. If you click below you can check out some of my favourites! Enjoy!!
