I am totally obsessed with chia pots because there is so much you can do with them! I personally use coconut milk to make my base and thats because I can’t digest regular milk. However, you can make this with almond milk (which I also like!), cashew milk or regular old fashion MILK! This is simple, quick and easy. If you are like me, you don’t have much time in the morning to make a huge breakfast. Mix al the following together and let it sit overnight. In the morning you can top it with whatever you like!
- 2 Tbs Chia Seeds
- 125 ml of your chosen milk
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- Options for add ins
- smash half a banana and cocao nibs
- smash half a banana and peanut butter powder
- my personal favourite – fresh coconut shavings on top and a few strawberries
