I am totally obsessed with chia pots because there is so much you can do with them! I personally use coconut milk to make my base and that’s because I can’t digest regular milk. However, you can make this with almond milk (which I also like!), cashew milk or regular old fashion MILK! This is simple, quick and easy. If you are like me, you don’t have much time in the morning to make a huge breakfast. Mix all the following together and let it sit overnight. In the morning you can top it with whatever you like!
- 2 Tbs Chia Seeds
- 120 ml of your chosen milk
- 1/2 a banana smashed to help with consistency
